Oaknova Systems LTD ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Consistent: Trading Journal.

1. Information We Collect

A. Camera and Images

Our app requests access to your device's Camera and Photo Gallery.

• Purpose: This allows you to take photos of your trading charts or upload screenshots to attach them to your trade journal entries.
• Storage: These images are uploaded securely to our cloud servers (Firebase Storage) linked specifically to your user ID. We do not access your photos for any purpose other than displaying them back to you in your journal.

B. Personal Information

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email Address: Used for authentication, account recovery, and syncing data across devices.
• Trade Data: Entry price, exit price, P&L, strategies, and notes. This data is encrypted and stored in the cloud.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

• Provide the journaling service and sync data between your devices.
• Generate analytics (Win Rate, Profit Factor, Equity Curve) based on your inputs.
• Authenticate your access to the app.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage) to host your data. Your data is transmitted over secure SSL/TLS connections.

For "Guest Mode" users, data is stored locally on your device using Async Storage. If you uninstall the app without creating an account, this local data will be permanently lost.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

• In-App: Go to Settings > Log Out > Delete (or email request).
• By Request: You may email us at support@oaknovasystems.com with the subject line "DELETE DATA" to request complete removal of your data from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Consistent: Trading Journal is a financial tool intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
